Second Front - "28 avatars later" (2007)

Second front is an artists’ collective founded in 2006. Influenced, in particular, by movements such as Dadaism, Fluxus, situationist international, or contemporary artists such as Laurie Anderson, Gomez-Pena, Second Front creates theatres of the absurd that question the notions of virtual personification, online performance and virtual narration. Here, the collective shows a video of a zombie attack.

Members : Wirxli Flimflam (Jeremy Owen Turner, Vancouver), Doug Jarvis (Victoria), Tea Chenille (Tanya Skuce, Vancouver), Gazira Babeli (Italy), Aliselborg Zhaoying (Penny Leong Browne, Vancouver), Man Michinaga (Patrick Lichty, Chicago), Lizsolo Mathilde (Liz Solo, St. Johns) et Great Escape (Scott Kildall, San Francisco).
